City of Sanford Hispanic Heritage Proclamation 2023

On Tuesday, September 5, 2023, the Sanford City Council made the first ever proclamation in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. This Proclamation is in recognition of the many contributions from the Hispanic community to the social, cultural, and economic fabric of Sanford. We were honored to have the presence of: Partnership for Children & Families, Sanford Area Growth Alliance, El Refugio, Helping Hand Clinic, Inc., Community leaders and members that are part of the essence of our Hispanic/Latino community.
