Thank you to everyone who joined us at our Festejo Celebration in Siler City on Saturday, September 20, 2025!
This year, we celebrated our 30th anniversary and Hispanic Heritage Month with a more intimate event in our hometown. About 600 people enjoyed a sunny afternoon with live music, dance lessons, delicious food, kids’ games, raffle, and a fabulous art exhibit by Yholi Vargas, a Colombian artist based in Alamance County.
Mil Gracias!
A huge thanks to our generous sponsors, raffle prize donors, and the 65 dedicated volunteers who worked hard to organized the event. Festejo would not have been possible without y’all!
Our special thanks to:
Our guest speakers: Donald Matthews, Siler City Mayor; Brian Regan, Siler City Chief of Police; and Bryan Thompson, Chatham County Manager.
Our fabulous MC, Cesar Merlos.
The team from DLG Productions for the stage and sound.
The wonderful performers: La Nueva Elegancia, Grupo Caribe Vibe, singer Miguel Barajas, and dance lessons by Colibri Spirit in Motion.
