Closing Art Reception for Miriam Ximil
On Friday, 10/13, we celebrated the closing of the art exhibit by amazing artist Miriam Ximil at the NC Arts Incubator gallery in Siler City.
Miriam was the artist we chose for our Hispanic Heritage Fiesta on 9/16/23. She’s originally from Mexico and lives in Cary.

Miriam had a booth at our Fiesta and her artwork was on exhibit at the gallery for a month. She captured the crowd with narratives about her art. In her own words, “each piece is a character of its own and has its own personality”. Several pieces were sold to enamored attendees.
