Orgullo Latinx Pride Youth Program Associate (full-time)

El Vínculo seeks a dynamic, talented, and motivated individual as a full-time Program Associate for our Orgullo Latinx Pride Youth Program (OLP). Orgullo Latinx Pride is a free year-round program that works with 70 Latinx high school students from 9th to 12th grades at two Chatham County High Schools – Jordan Mathews in Siler City and Seaforth in Pittsboro. Starting salary range of $37,000 to $41,600 annually, commensurate with experience. The Program Associate works closely with and reports to Selina Lopez, OLP Program Director. Advocacy Program Associate (full-time)

El Vínculo seeks a talented and motivated Advocacy Program Associate to help advance our goals of expanding and protecting immigrant’s rights at the local and state levels. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated commitment to social justice and equity, and is fluent in English and Spanish. Starting salary range of $40,560 to $44,200, commensurate with experience.
