On Monday, April 15, several youth from our Orgullo Latinx Pride Youth Group presented to the Chatham County Board of Commissioners. Eleven of our youth did a fantastic job representing our community and organization. The youth shared their stories, talked about the positive impact of the youth program in their lives and voiced their concerns about the anti-immigrant backlash in our nation.
